The studio is based in Dublin and offers in-person services in Dublin and online throughout Ireland and globally.

Where is your studio located? Do you offer services in Ireland or abroad?

As the studio is based in Dublin, the in-person projects will be focused in the Dublin area. While, if you wish to book for outside of Dublin and internationally we will recommend online. For in-person outside of Dublin, fees will depend on location, timelines, budget and specifications.

Do you offer free consultations or what is your process to book in?

Once you contact us online you will be contacted within three working days. We will book in a 15 minute free consultation call to review your options, discuss a fee proposal, schedule and further details. From this you will receive a consultation report and fee proposal to include a package or bespoke services. Anything post this call will require booking service or charged at an hourly rate. We cannot accept ad hoc emails and calls without a contract. If the studio is at maximum capacity we will let you know and offer suggestions for future dates or recommendations to other options to suit you best.

Can you offer interior design services that are not listed?

The bespoke services are dependent on budget, location and availability of the studio at that time.  We may offer variations or add-ons to the services listed above e.g. photoshoot styling post-design for one day or personalised interiors shopping and styling as part of a contract. For online services, online shopping lists etc. can be created to help clients create a theme, practical list and stay within budget and current trends. 

Do you provide commercial design & showhome design services?

Yes, the studio offers Award-Winning Showhome Design. Along with Commercial Design (Offices, restaurants, bars, hotels etc.) and Design for both Commercial Sales and Rentals (apartments, homes, offices).

For the design you manage the projects after you design the room?

No, the fee is just for the services listed. Once the designs are completed they will be handed over in a client brief for you / the client to manage, unless previously stated. For additional project management on-site, contractor management or delivery services there will be an interior design services fee per hour or on a project rate.

How long does it take to book in and complete your services?

For design packages, we aim to have the online and design packages completed within three months. For full interior design and commercial design projects this will vary depending on requirements, timelines etc. All of which will be outlined in the proposal and pending on availability.

How do you choose your furniture, lighting and contract suppliers?

Founder Natasha has supplier contacts in Dublin, around Ireland, in London, Los Angeles, Boston, Italy and globally so there will be an array of suppliers which will include sustainable, FairTrade and local Irish designers. Also, the studio will include any suppliers which you may like. For furniture these will be ordered directly and returns policies etc. will be included in the contract. 

Do you offer 3-D, Sketch Up, Lighting Design and Technical Drawings?

Yes, these can be offered for an additional fee. For technical drawings, pending on requirements an architect or engineer may be required to undertake the drawings. This will be discussed in the consultation report and fee proposal.

Do you offer services to assist with planning permission or extensions?

No. While we can offer recommendations to architects or specialist companies such as kitchen designers. We will not be involved in this planning process, other than to project manage, design and style post-construction.

Do you recommend direct contractors e.g. plumbers, electricians, painters etc.?

No. For legal and insurance reasons we cannot recommend contractors. Furthermore, we only work with companies and teams who will only work with designers or commercial projects. So, they could only be hired directly from the studio.
