Natasha Rocca Devine (NRD)

Natasha Rocca Devine is the founder and Creative Director of NRD Design Studio, an award-winning showhome, interior architecture and styling practice working across Ireland and the UK. As an Interior Architect, author, broadcaster and entrepreneur, Natasha’s career is uniquely multidisciplinary, combining expertise across interior architecture, media, communications, property and design.

Natasha holds two Master’s degrees: a Master’s in Journalism and Media Communications and a Master’s in Interior Architecture and Design from KLC School of Design, London. Her background in journalism, broadcasting, publishing and communications has given her a strong understanding of storytelling, audience engagement and visual communication, while her training in interior architecture has shaped her approach to creating aspirational spaces that are both commercially effective and emotionally engaging.

Today, Natasha leads NRD Design Studio while continuing her work as an author, broadcaster, speaker and media contributor. Through the studio, she specialises in showhome design, interior architecture, styling and creative direction for residential developments, creating aspirational interiors and marketing environments that blend design excellence, buyer psychology and strategic storytelling.

Working across Ireland and the UK, Natasha remains passionate about helping developers, brands and clients create distinctive spaces that are commercially successful, beautifully executed and thoughtfully designed. Her projects have received industry recognition and 28 award nominations, reflecting her commitment to creativity, innovation and design excellence.

While her career has spanned America and Europe. During her time in Boston, Natasha worked at Massachusetts College of Art and Design (Mass Art), supporting architecture students. She later gained valuable experience as an estate agent within the luxury property sector in Beverly Hills, where exposure to high-end real estate, property presentation and the staging of luxury homes helped shape her specialist interest in showhome design, buyer psychology and marketing-led interiors. This experience continues to influence her work today, helping developers and agents create environments that connect emotionally with purchasers while supporting commercial objectives.

Natasha has maintained a longstanding commitment to sustainability and responsible design. She trained under former US Vice President Al Gore and became a certified climate leader through his internationally recognised climate programme. This experience strengthened her understanding of environmental responsibility, sustainable thinking and the role design can play in creating positive long-term impact. Beyond her professional work, Natasha has also been actively involved in charitable initiatives and community-focused projects for children and students throughout her career.
