Natasha’s Auburn Woods Showhome designed by Natasha Rocca Devine of NRD Design Studio is nominated for Design et al Awards – for Interior Design Scheme – Europe.

It exemplifies luxurious, sustainable interiors that combine modern design with natural materials and eco-friendly features. Every element has been carefully curated to achieve a balance between comfort, style, and environmental responsibility.

The sustainable design extends to the construction by Hollybrook Homes with energy-efficient systems, sedum roofs, and electric vehicle charging points. The retreat captures the heritage of Auburn House, built in 1820, while embracing modern eco-conscious living.
